  1. Pause. Stop what you are doing. Take a brief break (a few seconds to a minute) and check-in with yourself.
  2. Breathe. Close your eyes & take a deep breath to refresh & reset your mind.
  3. Resume. Resume your work with new energy and full focus. this will help you make a mindful choice about the task for the day, week, or month.

Develop Resilience

Sometimes, things don't turn out the way you expect. You can feel helpless and frustrated—especially when you've given 110%. It's not uncommon to take these failures personally. But you must calm your mind, understand the situation, learn from it and move ahead. You must learn to adapt to this process because bidding adieu to fear of failure is important to succeed in life.

Stop suppressing your emotions

You may find it very convenient to ignore your emotions, but you should never do it. Because it's going to harm you more than you even realize. When your emotions get piled up, you end up with low self-esteem, high blood pressure, or even turn to smoking or alcohol to feel better. Hence make sure you channelize your emotions in the right way in 2021. You can talk to a trusted friend or a family member.
