Our humble ‘haldi doodh’ is assuming fashionable form ‘turmeric latte, in the West. It’s becoming a cult in the west and they even call it ‘Golden milk’. We drink ‘haldi doodh’ when we are ill, especially when we have upper respiratory infections like fever or cold. ‘Haldi doodh’ or fashionably called as ‘turmeric latte’ has several health benefits. Here are a few of them.

Turmeric is well known for its medicinal properties. Curcuminoids are the key ingredients of turmeric, which give medicinal properties to turmeric. Because of curcuminoids, turmeric is strong anti-inflammatory.
