Wish you all a happy and healthy new year. For many, it is the time to make resolutions for the year. You can make some resolutions which will make you healthy or keep you healthy. Here are few things you can do every day this year, to make yourself healthy.

 

1. Meditate: Meditation is very helpful to keep your mind focused and to relieve you from the stress. So wake up early and keep sometime for meditation.

 

2. Exercise: Physical activity is a must for your immediate and long-term health. Exercising not only reduces weight but also elevates your mood and makes you fresh for your daily work.

 

3. Eat healthy: Add more fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Vegetables and fruits cut down the risk of several diseases and reduces oxidative stress in your body.

 

4. Quit tobacco: There is no body part which is not affected by tobacco. So, if you use tobacco in any form, be it cigarette or chewing, it is time to quit it.

 

5. Limit alcohol: Too much alcohol is bad, especially for your liver and gut. Reduce the alcohol consumption.

 

6. Yoga: No physical activity but yoga can exercise your internal organs. Yoga not only makes you physically healthy but also balances your energies and mind. Add yoga to your daily routine.
