Winter is the time of cold and dry breeze. Thus, the skin easily gets dry. Dry skin can cause poor skin appearance and skin damage. You may consider following tips to fight dry skin in winter:
1. Apply moisturizer after bath and before bed
2. Be careful about selecting moisturizer, it should not have harmful contents
3. Ointments and creams are more effective than lotions in moisturizing
4. Wear lip balm
5. Reapply moisturizers immediately after washing
6. Take warm water bath and avoid hot water bath
7. Avoid harsh soap
8. Avoid long showers; showers should not be of more than 10 min
9. Dry your body with soft towel
10. Drink enough water
