Exercise is key for prevention of heart disease

Regular exercises makes heart strong. It helps to pump more blood with each heartbeat. So it gives more oxygen to the body, which is beneficial for body function. Exercises reduces the risk of heart disease by reducing the levels of LDL (Bad cholesterol), which can block the arteries and cause heart attack. It raises the HDL (good cholesterol) levels, which are beneficial to heart.

Exercise is key for weight control: - Over weight keeps stress on the heart and it is a major risk factor for heart diseases and stroke. To control the weight regular exercise is necessary.

  • Use stairs instead of using elevator.
  • Park vehicles at the end of the parking lots so you can walk more.
