- High fibre food: Every day choose high fibre food in your diet like dried beans, lentils and peas. It reduces the blood sugar levels and bad cholesterol.
- Avoid junk food: Avoid deep fried foods, fast foods, packaged food, sweets, and desserts. As these types of foods increases blood sugar levels in your body.
