Full content and all the information on healthmeter.com including without limitation text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, video, interactive features, is the whole and sole property of HSPL and its associates. The name “myHealthmeter” mark, design and logo all are the property by ownership or license of HSPL and are subject to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights under the Indian and international laws.
Please respect the rights of artists and creators. Content such as music, photos and video may be protected by copyright. People appearing in content may have a right to control use of their image. You may not share other people's content unless you own the rights or have permission from the owner.
We work diligently to provide accurate and factually correct information. Despite our best efforts, inaccuracies may be present. Our service has two types of users; registered and unregistered. Unregistered users have limited access to our service compared to registered users. Unregistered users are not required to disclose any personal information. It is essential for registered users to provide personal information to facilitate the authentication process and verify the identity of users by their unique username and password. Registration of doctor is manually verified by our authorized representatives and enrolled only after proof of documents is received by HSPL. Until manual verification is complete, doctors have similar access as the registered member. All personal information is password protected for registered users. Most of these healthcare service providers are registered users and subject to similar authentication process.
Whether a registered user or otherwise, we recommend the user to maintain the privacy of the username, password, registration codes and access codes. It is always advisable that there is only one user per Username (Username is email address provided by you at the time of registration) and Password. You can create and maintain multiple profile and health records using the same username and password. This service is designed for your convenience to help you maintain the health records of your children, spouse, parents or guardians in your family. Disclosing or allowing others to use your username, passwords, registration codes and access codes makes it difficult for us to control security of personal information and maintain privacy.
The content on our service is strictly for personal and private use. Users cannot utilize any material online for commercial or business purpose unless expressly allowed by agreement with HSPL. The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell, rent, duplicate, modify any database or any content of our service. Users are obliged to abide by all Intellectual Property Right rules, regulations or any other restriction implied on the content/information on the site. No user is permitted to interfere with or probe a system or network for either breach of security or any other aim without proper authorization or consent from HSPL. However, HSPL may only use health information you provide as permitted by our Privacy and Security Policy.
HSPL is not liable for any product/ service information that is classified as-“not coming from us” on our service. We do not guarantee that the advertised products or service information is available in all geographic locations or to all users of the site and that all users are eligible for the above mentioned information and/or services. HSPL reserves the right to decide the availability and eligibility of any service or product. As mentioned in the earlier section, there are several services and features that are available only for the registered users.
HSPL is not liable for non-performance due to reasons beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, strike, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, , unavailability of communication system, computer crash, mechanical/technical errors/failures, power shut-down, viruses or other software bugs, government-action, war, non performance of third-parties, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control.
You agree to indemnify HSPL, its directors, employees, licensors, suppliers agents, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates from any incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damage and liability and settlements arising out of the users violations of the terms and conditions of HSPL and its services, including but not limited to damage for loss of data, goodwill, profit, revenues, etc.
The laws of the Republic of India govern these Terms and Conditions. By accessing this service you consent to these Terms and Conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai in all disputes arising out of such access.
