Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement of new business development plans for our domain in healthcare sector.
- Sales and target achievement through new account and manage existing client accounts.
- Take the lead initiative in developing a first class rapport with identified key customers/customer group.
- Gain business at targeted new accounts within pricing/margin guidelines.
- Develop business relationship with key decision makers to further our business interests.
- Assist in the creation and management of tender presentations and documentation, involving key stakeholders as required.
Sales Reporting
- Plan daily, weekly and annual objectives and activities to maximise customer contact and effectiveness.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Manage effective internal stakeholder relationships and ability to deliver the Healthcare strategy through matrix reporting structure.
Knowledge/Experience/Person Profile
- Demonstrated Healthcare Account & Sales Management experience.
- Demonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
- Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Able to demonstrate high level of decision making skills
- Able to demonstrate self-management skills
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Organised and systemic thinking skills
Skills & Abilities
- Have strong managerial ability to lead a team to success
- Have strong ability to make good decisions
- Preference from healthcare background
Qualification & Desirables
- Graduate in any stream/ MBA (Marketing / Business development)
Salary Range
25000 - 35000 Gross per month
